Vault allows you to automatically extract key data points from business-critical documents using AI.
Uploading documents
The first step is to upload a document by clicking on the upload button in the top right.
You can drag and drop files or connect to your preferred file storage system. Click on Import once the documents have been uploaded.
Please note that Vault only supports PDF imports. However, Vault can work with PDF versions of scanned documents.
Processing documents
Once the documents have been imported, Vault's AI will:
Classify the document type based on its substance
Extract key datapoints based on the document's detected type
Vault will provide a confidence score to encourage you to verify the predictions. You can do this by clicking on the pen.
Verifying predictions
After clicking on the pen, you'll see the uploaded pdf accompanied by the fields on the right which have been auto-populated by Vault's AI. The tags are either answering a question or extracting values from the document.
Clicking on a field will take you to the relevant section of the document which was used to answer the question.
Predictions can be rejected, corrected or validated.
Validate predictions one by one or in bulk by clicking on the All button.
You can then submit the document wit the submit button and the document will be pushed to Legislate where you'll be able to track the document amongst the rest of your document database!
