User permission Settings

This article describes the User permissions which can be set by an Admin of an Organisation

The admin of an organisation only has access to the Admin portal which can be used to create business units, roles and assign members of the organisation to a role and/or business units.

Permissions

The following permissions, organised by TextMine section can be assigned to a role:

Create personal team (As of 21 May 2025)

Allows users to have a draft space to experiment with Vault. A personal team is not a Business Unit.

The permissions assigned to a role can be updated by the Organisation Admin at anytime.
